Casa Serena is situated perfectly on the second floor, giving you spectacular views of the ocean, and is a one-minute walk to the private beach or to the two grand pools and large green common area.
This recently updated two-bedroom condo offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen and double bed. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and ample closet space. The large living area offers a comfortable sectional sofa and on of the 3 large flat-screen Smart HDTVs with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ (own account required to log in). All principal rooms have their own air conditioning controls and ceiling fans. With a fully equipped kitchen, you have the flexibility to cook your meals in and enjoy them at the kitchen island, dining room table or on the terrace looking out onto the ocean. Or you can enjoy dining out within a couple of minutes of walking to the Marina Promenade. There are many excellent restaurants of diverse cuisine that are sure to please any palate!
The Marina has many boutiques, souvenir stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, dive shops, and the amazing Dolphin Discovery. There are golf and tennis facilities nearby and the newly developed urban eco-park Central Park. Water sports such as scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, kite-surfing, and sailing excursions are also all at your fingertips! With a 20-minute drive either north or south, you’ll find the towns of beautiful Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. Along the coast, there are many activities to do and places to explore such as the cenotes, the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Coba, and the amazing adventure parks of Xcaret, XelHa, and Xplor!
